I am planning to continue it, yes. Thanks for asking.
I've been distracted with updating Toad fics at the moment (and don't have a clear direction in mind for the TMNT/X-Men one), and trying to keep up with the TMNT Role Playing site I admin (Those things take a surprising amount of work, heh), but I definitely plan to finish the story at some point.
I do know that I won't be going in the same direction I'd originally intended (if you happened to read the pre-edited and revamped version), and figure it will end up far more AU than it had been.
