Me neither xD I study psychology. So, I have no clue as how to draw lots of things //Light's hair, for example. especially if you want it kinda realistic.
coloring becomes less complicated once you know what style you want to color. /I never know that/ that's why I just spend a lot of time scribbling smth or doing simple sketches.

Ahh, I really want to do psychology after highschool but I don't think it will be possible with my current grades haha. Yeah DN hair is probably the hardest things to draw, imo *_* But you learn over time, like with everything else. I am very much more comfortable drawing Light's hair than L's nowadays because I've practiced Light's so much haha. And I can never capture L's beautiful face the way I want to.

If you want to do psychology, make sure u know basic biology and anatomy =_= such a bother...
Yes, you learn with practice. I find Lights face more difficult to capture. He is a person of so many emotions...like the Kira face or the angelic mode...his expression changes dramatically! and I find it hard to draw L with a sexy gaze... xD

Haha, I'm taking Biology in hs right now and I can say that I definitely hate it, lol. Maybe psychology isn't for me after all
That's why we gotta keep at it as much as we can I guess I suppose I can see where you're coming from, to me L has a special gaze that is really hard to capture agh tears my head sometimes SAME WITH LIGHT THOUGH his face is always perfect no matter the expression so yeah -_-
Do you use SAI? if so do you paint with markers or brush? ;_____;

true, if you hate biology then psych will be ... HELL! just joking, but I had lots of trouble remembering the brain structure, eye structure, neurons, all those cell divisions =_=
I do. I combine those. I mostly use airbrush, markers for hair highlights, blenders sometimes. I guess I'll just make a screenshot once I start another pict and show you /cause I use different tools/

God I already struggle with those now I can't even imagine lol, yeah totally put off of it. As long as you enjoy it though then it must be worth it.
