# About me
I'm a college student, above drinking age. I've been told I'm a little wacky (?). My relationship status is taken. I love the outdoors!! I'm a dog lover, cat lover, well actually I'm an animal lover in general. I'm also a Grandpa's girl, and proud of it!My art style consists of traditional art using colored pencils, and markers mainly. I am trying to branch into charcoal and pastels, slowly. Dragons and animals are my strong point. People are my weak point and backgrounds. I'm always looking for advice so give me as much as you want!!
Other than my drawings I also do paintings using a non-traditional medium. My paintings are done with nail polish. I've only recently started exploring this area, so I'm not that good. My center piece "Gotch'er Heart?" is done in nail polish.
Recently I started doing watercolor paintings. I haven't explored it a lot, and am still trying to figure it out.
Basically I'm just a hobbyist that wants to improve my art. I'm not looking to get well known. Other than drawing I also write and take some pictures. My Deviant ID, above picture, contains my art tools.

I sort of briefly learnt about it when I did PD/H/PE in year 12 but I think it's something that should be taught more toughly now that people cook for themselves less and that obesity is on the rise. I think it seems like I'm a bit to into this but I know someone who had to get her foot amputated because of her weightΒ and that was horrible. On a more light hearted subject how's life outside of school.

Life outside of school is going smoothly. My new puppy is doing a fine job of waking me up 6 AM, even on days I don't have class. Halloween is coming up, that's always fun! And I've been slowly working on a few projects.

yea she has this fake foot now and she's lost 50 kgΒ now so she's doing ok.
omg PUPPIES what breedΒ is he/her. lol my dog does that but by barkingΒ at ungodly hours of the morning. Halloween is not really a big deal here last year I think I got like 2 kidsΒ trick or treating. Β but is still cool sing all the stuff that other countries do for it

I have a dachshund (I named him Itachi). Due to all the negative press about kids being out late and prowlers Halloween isn't as big as it use to be, which is sad in my opinion.Β

Usually, but some parents responsible. It's just sad because it's such a fun experience. I remember walking through town and getting BAGS full of candy. Now kids are lucky if they get half a bucket.

I've been trick or treating twice one was when I was like 8 and it kind of sucked because one of the kids with us was having the biggest tantrum and the second time it wasn't me I was taking my neighbours because their mum was sick. so Halloween's not a real big childhood memory of mine we had 2 kids come this year so I just ate all the lollies by myself while watching the nightmare before Christmas. also as of last year its also my cousins kid's birthday

My family has this thing where wereΒ we don'tΒ start getting ready for Christmas till December 1st so seeing all these people get ready now is insane (at least to me)

Thanksgiving. It's a US holiday, or at least I think we're the only ones that celebrate.Β
My mom starts decorating right after Thanksgiving, which is the 27th this year.Β

Yeah the whole "peace with natives" thing is a complete LIE! It's about the fall harvest really and giving thanks for a bountiful year (supposedly). As for crazy, we have something we call "black Friday" here. Its the Friday directly after Thanksgiving when the sales truly start. It gets so bad people have been trampled to death in the quest for presents, hence the name "black Friday".

just going on what I've seen inΒ TV and movies we don't realy study American history here so I only really know the basics.
As for 'black friday' if its caused more than one death how has this not been shut down, the closest thing we have to that here are the boxing day sales but most shopping centres close on that day cuz they don't wanna deal with it. Β
