well, u type into the dA search bar cat icon base or whatevah you want as an icon, then select one that has many frames, copy it (make sure its free to use) then paste into paint, where u coulor and edit it, next make sure u select it properly so that its 50X50 (usually the black box around the icon)
and paste it into another paint window, align the document so that its exactly 50x50 then save as 1,2,3 ect. once uve pasted all the frames in their separate paint, open up internet explorer an tye in: iaza animation.
one uve got that click orange arrow and upload 1. one uve done that it should show at the top, look through the list and find frame animation (or summing like dat) and upload them too the little boxes, once all done, go to bottom of the page and put loop to infinate and play with the time (average about 0.4 second) after that msg meh and ill help u with that
