Every kind thing you do creates ripples, it echo's onto other peoples lives. If you smile at a stranger they may smile back, they may decide just because of that that they will smile at another stranger.Kindness matters, its a beautiful thing that should be spread across the world, because showing a little kindness and compassion to a stranger could mean the world to them, pull them from the very edge of falling down.
If you have doubts about yourself why not doubt those doubts?
Always smile in the darkness of times, your darkest fears will fear you if you do.
Who is to say your not beautiful? Who is to say your not kind. That you are not fearless and brave. That you are not strong.
Sometimes the strongest people are not those who never cry, but those who can cry their heart out and still get back up again stronger than before.
I'm broken inside but my tears and happiness help hold me together.
Never, never ever give up. Things may seem so dark that they cloud away the light, but the light is there waiting for you to brush away those clouds and find it.
