On the whole it doesnt do much for me. There's some good dubstep out there but I havent heard much of it. Bassnectar is as close to the stuff as I get really. The majority of the other stuff I've heard holds the bass WAAAAAAAY to long and is waaaaay to glitchy? rappid-fire? machine-gun-esque? Whatever you want to call it, it's too rhythmic without the rhythm for me. It's just not what I look for in electronic music. I listen for space ambiance and insane amounts of psychedelic trippiness that you can just sit back, chill and enjoy peacefully, not get-your-ass-out-on-the-dance-floor-and-shake-what-your-momma-gave-ya type beats. That's why I'm not into House music, Moombahton, or other faster, harder genres.

Well, metal has a bunch of different genres to it too and I don't listen to them all. Dubstep is just dubstep so far as I'm aware. It hasn't been around long enough to have subgenres branch out of it yet.

Lol...I can understand that. There are different sub genres though. Like Brostep, Classic Dubstep, and Modern Dubstep.
