XD I was reading you're journal... Don't ask why. I was randomly looking around on your profile.. (I tend to do that for some odd reason.)

I think it's kind of funny your choice of names for characters.. I'm guilty of doing the exact thing though. Looking up names on the internet, I mean. It never occurred to me that other people do it too. Well, for writing stories and such. When I think of people looking up names on the internet I normally picture prego women and their husbands/boyfriends/whatever..

I think just yesterday I was looking up a name for an unnamed character.. I eventually ran across Kellen, a gaelic name that I then adapted to Keller to make it sound more.. English.

I know this is a very... scatterbrained reply but..? I just type it as I think it.. I think that not naming your story until the end is a great idea because (and I should know this better than anyone) the story will probably change as it grows in your mind.. At least mine do.. And yes, I do write a little incase that isn't clear.. None of it's on DA though.. XP I've been having some serious mental block these last few months.. Guys tend to do that to me. If you catch my drift. ;D

Haha, I always feel like I'm cheating somehow when I look names up on the internets. But hey, it's all for the story.
Maybe I'll just call it The Untitled Story. That would make for a great title, I'm sure no ones ever thought of it ever, and I'll be completely and totally unique with it in every way.
Scatterbrained responses are more fun to read. I hate reading essays, with all the points in a row, I prefer to read something that follows thought versus something that follows logic. Logic is boring. Though Spock is pretty cool...

I think that being organized isn't always such a bad thing.. But if the writing's all fact and no actual thought, that's when logic becomes boring. I write papers to get my point across all the time for AVID class. I should know.. One thing I learned in Girl's State, is that people like to be appealed to by the feeling that you are addressing them personally, not just as another person in a crowd and that's how politicians get through to people. That's how Obama got through to people..

My dad's a trekkie too! From way back in the day. A friend of his actually stole a ladder from the set of the Generations movie. Kept it on his roof for a while, Idk where it is now though. I'm sure he still has it.

As for writing, I found I got better grades when I stopped trying. I just put the most BS I could onto a single sheet. Worked almost every time. (My teacher was an idiot.) hehe

Isn't Kirk the best? Falls in love every episode, such a beast. You gotta respect that his girlfriend dies every week and he hasn't gone completely insane. I looked up that video by the way, there were tears.
The show was so cheesy! lol. But I freakin loved the dialogues between Spock and Mccoy, or even just the looks. They were always the best.

I loved the new movie too. The casting made me happy. Zachary Quinto has been my love since Sylar, so when I realized who he was on the trailer I completely freaked out. I think I was more excited than my dad to see it. lol
