Why do you watch him? What do you expect from him? You know he's playing you for artwork. Pushing out sob journals for you to read and to make you feel sorry for him. Why? Do you believe it will be much better with him gone?

So far, he hasn't asked for artwork and has been good enough to make a comment on every one of my deviations so far. I accept kindness like that and hope they keep it up without asking for anything. If he's making up "Sob journals" then I would prefer to have the proof of this rather than just take your word for it. Either way, he doesn't seem to be described to me the same way you are right now.
