if you're looking to get better at environment do fast studies from photos, I have a few dozen in my gallery you can check out.

When you're starting out at design, it's sometimes better to rule out color for a while, because it's a really complicated subject to tackle while you're also working on perspective, atmospheric perspective, light&shadow, shape, composition and so on.

yeah it's one way to work. Once you have all your shading figured out, photoshop makes it easy to apply color and keep the detail with blend layers.

a artist needs the time to get his/hers works to get best result! so i know how important it is but i just think your art is intersting and wanna see more of it ^^ like a movie that paused in the middle of the interesting part of it xD !!!
