Hello~~

It's not my real anything name. Arai-hime was a name/alias I chose for myself years ago in high school (before I was ever on DA). Back then I didn't know any Japanese but I chose the name from a list of Japanese words my friend had; Arai meaning "rough" and Hime meaning "princess". When I was a high school freshman the seemingly contradictory ideas of the two terms amused me.

Since then I've studied actual Japanese. And while I still like the sound of Arai [荒居, from the characters for rough/rude and to exist], I no longer like the idea of being refereed to as hime. So I chose to change it to Chuusei [中性, for neutrality/androgyny]. 

I've been going by this name on any new sites I join for a while, and finally decided to change it here as well.

And Arai is the last name, Chuusei is the first.
