Ehhh... Isn't DA supposed to be for artists to express their works for the world? I don't think a "police army" is necessary. If someone see's art theft they will most likely report it themselves. I'm against art theft 100%, but I don't see you reporting any Sonic recolors. Aka, people who trace and color over screen caps of Sonic X, etc.; and people who claim SEGA's art style for the Sonic franchise as their own for their own "original character" design. That's technically art theft as well, but I see nothing being done about it. Drawing a SEGA character, and stealing their art style for your own are 2 different things.

is an art thief, I'm 100% sure of it. His gallery is full of art, none of it stays consistent with one style. Also the "full view" is very small, because he doesn't want you to see the artists signature.

Well sorry to break it to you, but there's a difference between a shitty artist and an art thief. I don't mean to have harsh criticism, but his art IS shit. The only art worth stealing is GOOD art, whereas all these works are bad.
He drew those Naruto images on loose-leaf and drew those other random anime styled characters on white paper. Since he drew those anime styled characters from his own head they turned out better than the Naruto ones he was trying to draw from a picture.
My art style is inconsistent if I'm not drawing something I'm good at. Are you going to call ME an art thief too? Unless you can prove that this kid is using someone else' art and claiming it for his own, then you have no case. If he says in the description it's not his art then why is your thong in a knot? He's not claiming it as his own, so he's not exactly a thief. Just an idiot. And his webcam he used to take the Naruto pictures probably are shit, because my old flip phone takes the same type of picture.
Once again, just to reiterate, this kid most likely is NOT an art thief. No need to get yourself worked up on finding inconsistencies in ART STYLES because it looks like this kid doesn't exactly HAVE a real style of his own yet.

All of his art is from somewhere else..some are taken from a person's gif, others are just popular drawings that he didn't draw. You'd have to be a complete moron to think he's not stealing.
