Screen shotting a character from a game is not art. It is theft of intellectual property. You are taking somebody elses work, and uploading it to an ART site. If this were a Blog website, or Photobucket, then I wouldn't be reporting the PoS image, but alas, this is a website for ARTISTS, who create ART. Not for screen shotting your favourite character from a game.
Regardless of whether you state you do not own the rights to it, or not; It is still theft of somebody elses property, and does not belong in a gallery.
In what part of this have I told you I will report you for your artwork? I mean.. I can't report something for being utter unintellectual dribble.. It's a screen shot. Art theft falls under the definition of using someone else's art for your own promotional purposes. Lucyts doesn't use screen shots such as this one you people are throwing a huge fit about for promotional purposes, but just because she thought it would make a great addition to her collection of Skyrim and Oblivion screenshots. You've seen screenshots of Flame Atronachs, right? Have you complained to the people that uploaded them? I didn't think so.

By placing it under ANY of deviantART's categories, other than screenshots and scraps, a Deviant is there by stating that the work is copyright to them and they created it's contents 100% by themselves, or by having written permission too use stock images or other Artists work to make their own piece provided credit has been given.

No where in the description does it say it's from a game and that it's not her work and that she merely likes the character.
This here states that it's Fan Art of a Game, that's not Human, which has been digitally rendered by her. Which is in fact complete and utter bull. If the images were under 'Scraps' with proper credit stating that the character were from a game, there would be no issues.
The main point most art thieves, new deviants, and art thieve friends tend to neglect is the category in which the art is being placed under.
And no, I have not seen any screen shots of Flame Atronachs, but you can get your bottom dollar that if I did see it, I would inform the deviant of the right course of action for the piece, as I did with ~Lucyts who proceeded to be irrational and childish, and if ignored I'd report all of the pieces in the gallery to be placed in the right category.
Just because others do it, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.
I have nothing further to say. If you haven't realised by now that you're wrong and the pieces should not be in the category they're placed in, then do whatever tickles your fancy for I have no time for people like you on this website any more and would rather support REAL ARTISTS WHO MAKE THEIR OWN WORK instead of wasting time on matters that should have already been closed (:
