Did you know that federal american law can be innacted by the F.B.I. in Ireland a "neutral" nation. The law was passed a few years back for American - Irish relations, as far as I know it has never been acted on. But say if I wan't to go flag burning and I decide to use an American flag I can be prosecuted by law in my country by the American Federal Beuro of Investigation. Wierd no?
