My order for this print is still been canceled because did not pass quality inspection.
Are you able to correct the situation and meet the print quality requirements?

Dont know why it didn't work, I resubmitted it and it should work now. If, it doesnt let me know, and I will contact the Deviant Support Staff.

At what point do you have the problem? Which size are you trying to buy? I am so sorry but it has something to do with DA's system, I will contact them.

I Am trying to buy a 9 x 12 print.
After ordering I receive the following reply mail: "This email is to inform you that your order was cancelled because one or more of the products you selected did not pass quality inspection. You will not be charged for the order."

Please advise.

I contacted DA but they have not gotten back to me. I am so sorry I never had this problem before. I have gotten the original image and uploaded and replaced the old one just in case the file was corrupted. If, you still want it you can try again. By the way is the the first print of mine you have tried to buy?

Cool, well trying again with the new uploaded image, if it doesnt work I let me know. This is really frustrating to me, cuz DA hasn't answer my request. By the way how did you find my art? I am really curious.

I got a note from the DA tech people and they said it should work, if it doesn't they said you should contact them. Good luck and thanks so much for your patience, keep in touch and if you have any special requests let me know.
