On perspectives to symmetry just the basics on comic book making or simply manga/anime drawing

I suggest you ask someone who's more experienced in drawing manga/anime, then. 
When it comes to perspectives, I have to observe my surroundings with a new outlook-- noticing every straight line and noting the vanishing point (where the objects disappear in the horizon) and I try to mimic that in the best way possible on paper.
Drawing classes really helped me a lot when it came to this, but the real challenge in making a comic book is the storytelling aspect. I'm still learning how to not let scenes drag out unnecessarily or shorten scenes with important character development.
