Haha, niiice x3
Right? He just lets it all out lol. And 22 minutes of my life, gone...but not wasted ;D I liked it a lot actually, I figured I'd get sick of it like 2/3's of the way through, but nope!
Yess, 10 Years, definitely good for their contrasting. Now...How about some punk? This song just makes me laugh. Fat Lip by Sum 41. The ultimate rebellion against conforming right here x)
19-2000 Soulchild Remix is definitely a feel good song I haven't really listened to The Gorillaz. The only other song I've heard is Feel Good Inc., so this was a nice switch up.

Very welcome, I'm a big fan of long hair ^.^ Lol, is it past your shoulders yet?
(Oh, btw, considering facebook chat is ridiculous now, I made a skype, in case you'd like to know. My username is alicia_dellroy1)
Holy...I thought it would be more popular than that, my bad xD Yeah, it's a bit repetitive, but I don't care I guess they would've fit into neo-grunge back then, yes. They've changed a lot throughout the years though, like all bands do (well...except maybe Disturbed lol)
Such a great song! (Well...from the little part you've shown me ) I'm not sure I could sit through 45 minutes of a song, that's a little sketchy lol. Ah, Jethro Tull, the band that made it awesome to play a flute in rock xD I love the energy that Ian Anderson always has on stage..I've never seen someone have so much skill with a flute, and still sing great. He's just a bad ass, end of story xD
You should hear Wasteland by 10 Years. When I first listened this, I wouldβve sworn it was System of a Downβ¦then I looked it up and felt like the biggest idiot ever xD But in my defense, I was new to both of the bands during that time..lol

PassionforPepsi [2011-09-05 00:50:09 +0000 UTC]
Yeah no kidding! (to all of that lol). I will definitely look that album up
Ha, I know what you mean about liking your hair long. It looks good long too That was kind of odd that it was taken down not even a day after I watched it o.O...
Yay, I didn't know if you were into that kind of stuff or not I adore Ewan entirely for his role in this movie (and that I was also impressed with his singing abilities) x3 lol
Japanese DragonForcee is definitely what I'd call that xD The graphics in the clip were really sweet, and eye catching..(well, the entire thing was pretty awesome..)
Throw Yourself Away by Nickelback has really intense lyrics right off the bat..and it surprised me that they wrote something like the very first line. This song came off of their second album (back when they were a little heavier both in sound and writing). The main guitar riff behind it is a prime example of what I mean.

Woah, that's sweet. Foober sounds all around good to me, man.
Agreed :3 That was indeed a cool song, it reminds me of a campfire song to just reminisce on memories. Unfortunately, I only know their mainstream stuff with a hint of non-mainβ¦which is probably why this one feels so familiar lol
Hey at least you nailed it! Oh jeez...she was off on quite a few things..not to mention I can hear the strain in her voice...she's going to have calluses on her vocal cords in no time if she doesn't back down from Amy Lee's high notes..or at least fix her vocal placement..sigh. And yes, your hair is very short, but it doesn't look bad at all
I'm glad you liked that song, it's pretty different from a lot of stuff they've written (lyrical wise), but obviously sweet all the same From what I've heard from it, the album The Dirt is pretty good, if you feel like checking that out sometime
Rather random, but I adore this song not only because of the epic strings, but the two vocalists are fantastic..(though I favor the baritone guy, Ewan, that sings second :3)

Yay for no more ridiculous iTunes And is foobar2000 just another media player...(as in is there anything special about it?)
O' course, o' course
Ha, 8-bit Weezer sounds pretty neat man ^.^ You find some pretty unique stuff
I've only played up to 3rd generation completely; some of 4th, but it just wasn't as amazing as the prior generations. And the main reason really is because, (like you said), a lot of the new ones really are stupid looking. Their creativity is struggling and starving for new ideas, so maybe White is that new energy that they've been needing.
M'dear, I am always full of surprises Underestimating my coolness, eh? That's quite alright x) Extra time=amazing, especially breaking from schooling bullshit to do something you really love. The piece sounds like a nice little challenge though if you ask me
Yayy, I'm so glad you agree! And ha... oh that is terrible to hear about your singer for Bring Me To Life, but atleast you played pretty much the best asset in the song (other than when the vocals are done correctly, of course)
I feel like I've heard Epitaph before as well...but maybe I'm just tricking my own mind lol. But, youβre right, itβs powerful sounding! Lol
Iβm not assuming that you havenβt listened to this next one, but as it is my favorite song by Alice in Chains, I need to know that you know of it lol. Look up their song Rooster. Not only are the lyrics powerful, but the music is pretty awesome too

Woah, you don't like Apple? High five man, I am right there with you on that.
Yeah! The world can do with one less goat in it, (especially for Dream Theater) lol.
If you have Guitar Pro, then you simply must nab the tabs!
D'aw, why thank you ^^
Hey, I have a ton of faith in you! I just had no idea if you liked this sweet little tune...(Though, I definitely should've guessed that you liked Weezer x3). That was really cool! It took me off guard at first A link to the rest would be much appreciated
I started getting disappointed with some of the Pokemon sometime after the third generation...I like the classic stuff, ya know?
Holy damn, it's been a while since I've heard Firth..I adore the piano so much in this...And props for being able to play the intro, that m'dear is dedication at it's finest :3
Hm...another song for you (I'm pretty sure I haven't sent you this one yet..)..How about one of the greatest female vocalists ever? Hello by Evanescence, very dark, but beautiful. And the piano part isn't that hard to play either

Ehck, that bites about your iPod man xP
Ha, yeah well...ya know. Begging might work better with the gods of music...or perhaps not x3 lol.
You crack me up with your enthusiasm xD I'll see what I can do about learning it for ya, but it'll probably be a while before I can get a video up or anything.
Just that gorgeous, darling
Ha, you win, I'm glad you love that album! One cannot resist Foo Fighters lol. How about some Weezer? Island in the Sun, probably one of their most popular songs so far, but in case you haven't heard it...check it out, it's super catchy and laid back
Awww, that song was really cute! (It probably helps that I used to be an extreme Pokemon nerd...and kinda-sorta adore Pikachu ) Yay nerdy love songs!

No prob! Yay for overly long lists!
Haha, yeah it took me a few listens to get those transitions too, now I know I'm not the only one.
Yes, music on the phone, it's thuper eathy lol. Old iPod, eh? Exactly how old might I ask?
Psh, exactly. Dream Theater should definitely be all,"Yo, is this cool with you?" Then you should demand two tickets to the concert and a ticket for my flight out there x3 hahaha \m/
Well shit, Children of Bodom, THAT explains it xD I should learn the bass break *game face commence*
Haha, blonde on a tan person equals eye boggling
You forgot to give me a song silly! x) Now for an old favorite song of mine, There Goes My Hero by The Foo Fighters. Listen and enjoy

Ahhh yes, the very reasons why I love Duality β₯ Slipknot=very interesting with their ideas (like with the keg! lol). To give you something old and something new, check out their 1999 self-titled album and the album All Hope is Gone, they get you pumped man! Oh, and I think you'll really like The Nameless, the elements are spectacular. As for Stone Sour...I'm not a huge fan of their newer stuff, but it's still alright. Both 30/30-150 and Through Glass come off of the album Come What(ever) May.
Ha, lucky lucky you...Though I can't really complain, there's a lot of space for music in this phone, and I can just transfer it to my computer whenever. Plus, the music's downloaded fast from an app, which are both free
Ohh, so you owned the stage first? Take that Dream Theater! lol. That sucks that no one else would go with you. I would, but ya know I sorta live over in Ohio...sigh lol.
Holy hell...Epic keyboards are indeed epic! The guitar in there made a nice addition in there too..then it slowed down with a nice touch..woah x3 This is definitely going on a cd to drive to hahaha
Oh yay, that makes me feel cool :3 I have a yahoo IM, and that's pretty much it...(unless facebook counts too? lol) My screen name for it is alicia_dellroy1

I'm glad you enjoyed it, you must listen to more Stone Sour! He was able to juggle both Slipknot and this band at once, but anymore, when one band dies down, he turns the other into overdrive. The song Through Glass by Stone Sour is one of the most powerful songs he has written so far (in my opinion). Oh, and while you're at it, check out Duality by Slipknot (considering you haven't listened to them yet ). The music video for it is rather suiting lol.
Shit..you must think I'm an idiot by now.. My phone has auto correct and jumbles my words..(I swear if it tries to correct me one more time on "lo and behold" and insert "lone behold", I'm going to set it ablaze) *head desk*
Ahhhh, I know of Trivium..can't remember the names of any of their songs though This song is so great! J'adore la guitare :3 The chanting near the end was a sweet little mix up. And what?! With Dream Theater?! You simply must find a way to go, and tell me all about it! D:
BTW, I recall you asking to read some of my writing a while ago, I will always post it in my journals... Just a little fyi before I forget :3

I knew SoaD covered Goodbye Blue Sky, and you're right, it doesn't sound anything like the original.
I'm glad you approve of that cover. At first, I wasn't sure if it would've been suiting for My Chem... but then I heard Gerard, and thought twice also lol.
I do know Witchcraft by Pendulum, I love how it sounds :3
Listen to 30/30-150 by Stone Sour. It's agressive, and about Corey Taylor's past when he was told he'd never become anything and he'd die before he got anywhere with being a musician, (the number comes from his pant size at the time he was being put down). Lone behold, he's one of the most successful musicians today.

Lol, I guess I should count Ignorance as a recommendation *facepalm* I'm glad you can see why it's one of my favorites :3
System of a Down doing a Sabbath cover, this is a good day x) It sounded pretty great too, thanks for showing me this!
Hm...speaking of covers, check this one out by My Chemical Romance and The Used: [link] I really enjoyed Gerard's voice in this
π: 0 β©: 0
PassionforPepsi [2011-08-19 03:10:06 +0000 UTC]
Will check that album out
That makes me so happy that you like that song! Definitely one of my favorites by Paramore, that and Ignorance
Oooo yeah, that would be a fun song for bass! I like I like

PassionforPepsi [2011-08-18 03:39:06 +0000 UTC]
Yay, I'm glad you like it :3 And yes, they try visual kei... I also think it should stick to Japan
Of course I've heard Five Years! The rest of the album is that good, eh?
With this next one, the bass guitar totally owns the verses Fences by Paramore, it's pretty nifty. I just think Haley William's voice is spectacular, that may be only my thoughts

I'm glad Holy sh- 180 days?!..the drawn faces all over objects makes so much more sense now xD
Papa Roach grew out of the rap bullshit by their third album lol (they have about 6 albums all together). Last Resort was from their first, and No Matter What is from their most recent, (can't you tell? haha).
That...was really cool. High five man, when you memorize it completely, let me know xD
Check out this slow cutesy song, The Mortician's Daughter by Black Veil Brides :3
π: 0 β©: 0
PassionforPepsi [2011-08-17 04:14:35 +0000 UTC]
Ha, atleast it's a good slow song x)
Check out Last Resort by Papa Roach. This was written about 10 years ago when they didn't know if they wanted to stick to the rap/rock or just go alt/hard rock...Thank god they grew out of it lol
Oh my xD That video was so entertaining! Was he really stuck there that long?

I loved Requiem for a Dream, and recommend it. It was really intense..like nothing I've ever seen before. If I were you, I'd read the overview on it, not a lot of people like these types of stories, but I find them incredible.
That was DragonForce?! That song was great! I can't believe they did a song like that.
Listen to..No Matter What by Papa Roach. It's different than a lot of songs they've written, but great none the less
π: 0 β©: 0
PassionforPepsi [2011-08-15 04:22:28 +0000 UTC]
Right.
Yayz! (That's great. Only six more until I find more albums to throw in your face >:3 lol)
That was an adorable song, and easy going as well. It was nice to hear a song like that after watching Requiem for a Dream and having all of it in your head all day...*shudders* lol. I don't know if you've ever seen it or read the book, but here's a cover of the theme song: [link] It won't get out of my mind xP

Indeed it is. And I too have Sufferer, and bits and pieces of other stuff they've done.
Haha, you crack me up x) But yeah, he'll be a legend some day...(if not already..?)
Nice choice, powerful and beautiful. I'm sorry to hear that, you're sweet, talented, and have an awesome personality... Love...such a complicated, hurtful emotion sometimes..yet hopelessly addicting
Ha, now that was an interresting piece. I liked the strings in it the most and running out of songs, oh noess D: In the mean time, I found this earlier today and thought you'd like it: [link]

Completely agree. Conforming is the willingness to have a closed mind..which is one of my hugest pet peeves in people. (That song is also one of my favorites, and I'll assume you've heard Roadside..?)
His voice is beautiful...and the group was amazing..why haven't I heard this before?!
