Thank you so very much...no need to be jealous though. I haven't been at the workbench in a while, too busy with classes. I'm "retiring" from my job in production/commercial jewelry, so I'm hoping this will help me get back to making the stuff I love.

Your gallery is amazing! I love the attention to detail, and how the parts you incorporate into wearable art all work mechanically. Inspiring and evocative, all of it!

Thank's so much. I've have been too busy lately to make anything new, but hopefully when my classes are done with I'll have time to get back to the new pieces I started a few months back. I'm excited about them, I just wish I had more time...or didn't like sleeping so much!

Wow! Thanks a lot for adding my strange hand mechanism in your favourites. I just noticed that it was also the first picture in there.

I'm picky, what can I say. I really like that piece of yours. I didn't have time to look much further but I'll be back to see what else you're up to.

Thanks, I've been away from my studio for a long time. I've been trying to learn to airbrush but got discouraged. I'm new time consuming hobby has become brewing beer, but hopefully I'll have some new jewelry, or sculptures to show someday soon.

I just wanted to tell you how much I admire all of your pieces. I've never tried jewelry making myself, but I can still appreciate the amazing amount of work you've put into these pieces and their beauty.
Very nice, and can't wait to see more pieces!

Thanks for the words of encouragement, it makes me feel like I'm doing something right if I'm getting through to people that aren't jewelers and metal geeks

Your gallery is fascinating! There's so much...history, it seems, in each piece. The way everything looks aged... And the moving parts! You must be very skilled with metal.

I cannot say what someone else hasn't already said! You should put the dimensions of your jewelry in the descriptions just to uh, satisfy my curiosity.
Beautiful pieces!

I'd say since about 1998, I took my very first class in 94, but I had no real art background at that point. Alot of the techniques I use are borrowed from Tinsmithing, I've slowly bee learning to scale them do to jewelry scale, I'm still learning.

It's nice to hear you say that! I've really tried hard to learn how the get the most out of a piece of sheet metal, in fact these day my rule is I'm only allowed to use sheet metal, no wire, no store bought tubing or any other prefab parts. I guess sometimes rule and restrictions do push the imagination, just look at what people in prison come up with! I've love to be able to see a collection of weapons and art of prisioners!!!
Thanks.

hello Brad. You have found a fan for life. Your work is very exciting.
You have a great sense of fun in your pieces and very very original. I love!
Have you done any work with gems?
Cheers, Susaye

Thanks to all the above praise... no I haven't done much with gems, I did try and do some gypsy settings of some faceted stones a few years back but I've never found a way to use them that didn't feel like I was just popping them in "willy nilly"to glitz things up. Although emerald peas in my pods might look pretty cool. I'll keep trying to find way to use some stones in the future, their must be a way to do it that won't make me feel gross!
