I'm sure you could find it online, too. One common brand is Darice, and they call them Foamies. You can buy sheets or even sometimes a big roll of it. There are other brands, too, but I can't think of them off the top of my head. Good luck finding it - it works great for armor!

still depends man, a full scale human for a psp game ? or a full scale human fora cinematic cutscene ? - simple leather armour like shorts / chest / glovws or a crazy bio armor with hundreds of little parts that move around ? I guess generally speaking a good amount of time would be 2 - 3 weeks for full character.. but it really is totally based on what the character is.... and what its for. Sometimes it can take 8 - 12 weeks. I dont get distracted by starting my models naked
