Right now I'm just getting the general stuff out of the way. My dad died 11 years ago which put a quick stop to what little I had left in the way of education plans. Will likely be going for an English major.
Life is... life. Honestly, since the last time I talked to you (at least I imagine... I can't actually remember when that was!), all kinds of crazy things have happened. It's been a ride. Not so much a good one, but a ride nonetheless.

We got exactly zero kids, which is exactly how many we had last year. The year before that we had one set of kids that drove up in a car with their folks from some other neighborhood. *Shrug* I guess all our local kids grew up.
Anyway... sorry to see you've been lonely and such lately. Hope things are okay. You know, if you ever need to "talk" (type?), you're always welcome to get ahold of me on MSN or AIM or some such messaging service. I'm nearly always around in the evenings... usually until about midnight or so.

I haven't read "Good Omens" yet. I'm working my way through the Discworld series right now. I actually just discovered him last summer, due to a friend. The one I miss so very much. But I plan to read everything he's written as soon as I can.

Hey there...thanks for the Atta-girl. I have never thought of myself as very artistic, but haiku is the one thing I seem to have a knack for. Especially when I'm drunk, depressed, or depraved.. And I seem to be one, or all, of them all the time.
I confess I've been checking out your stuff, and others, because we have a couple of friends in common. Mathos and Wyreth. I work with them at the PPAC. Hope you don't mind me looking at your work.. There's some really good stuff there. I especially like your latest entry. "justalittle." It hits home.
