Hello fellow Oregonian!
I'm creating a poetry magazine, and I used one of your photos in the process of creating a mockup for the cover. It seems you no longer have the photo posted, but I'd like to get permission to publish the photo on the cover of the magazine if and when publication occurs (I'm aiming for November of this year, but it may occur before or after that time, depending on how long it takes me to get enough quality submissions). I'd like to be able to repay you in some way, but it all really depends on how well the magazine sells. I would like to at least provide copies of the magazine to all of the contributors.

I will gladly remove your work as per your request. I'm really hoping you allow me the rights to publish the photo however, as I'm in love the photograph and how well it fits with the magazine.

I'd like to include a short biography in the magazine along with your credits for the cover art. If it's not too much trouble, could you e-mail this information to submissions@samsaramagazineofpoetry.com? Here are the guidelines from the website:
"a brief biography including any of the following, including your name, your geographic location, your education (including schools and degrees attained), your publishing history, up to three photos of yourself (headshots please), and facts about you or your artwork that you would like your audience to know."

great photos! I'm glad their is life in oregon after all.. I might be moving that way. My g/f is stuck in hermiston at the moment and it's a death pit!!! But she wants to move more towards portland so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
