a sto punto ti consiglio una serie di ascolti prolungati del primo lp degli hatebreed, la depressione svanisce all'istante lasciando posto solo alla pura rabbia.... cori del tipo "how can you save me when you can't save yourself" aiutano... non parliamo poi di "betrayed by life" etc etc etc
