In my language too! More frustrating for me, there are some of popular fanfiction with a BASTARD, PERVETED, RAPIST, HIGH-TEMPERED, ABUSIVE, HEARTLESS seme!L in my language and I read many reviews that said how they hate L and how bastard he is. 
Even the story are not good for me, full of Light's misery and Light became so pathetic, helpless, weak uke with a cheap soap opera-like story. REALLY. Don't expect a good plot. Even that story is not has a plot, I think.
Many of those readers, I believe, are a rabid yaoi fangirl who don't care about canon as long as that's a yaoi and with tortured uke. One of that story is popular and many people praise that story because of a sad and has 'a good quality story' and a very M rated story.
I'm not a yaoi fangirl, I started to frown in the first chapter and nausea (a real nausea) just for the first 3 chapters and stop reading it. I can't find something good about that fanfiction that made many people like it. TOO MUCH Light and L bashing (the author said he like Light and love to see Light suffer!).
It's hard. Sometimes I can't stand in DN fandom. I love L but many people portrayed him as a bastard. I don't want to hate L, please.

I understand that. I like L too and i don't like how people see him. They think they can do everything with L just because he is misterious and he never show himself fully. But they don't care how L acts. Maybe you can't know all L'thoughts, but you can see what is personality is when you see how he behaves.

But he definitely not a rapist and a barbaric person. Even in manga he care about Task Force members' family. From where they got the idea about rapist and bastard L? From THAT disgusting game and silly doujinshi?
L in those fic is not OOC anymore. Those L are a completely new antagonist with L physical appearance. Many author used OOC as the excuse. Out of character =/= completely new character. Those L not have anything about L which made me love that character. But many young readers not see that. They see 'L is a bad guy who tortured and rape Light'.
And majority of LxLight fans said Light is uke because he is pretty, young, and a 'good boy'. L is seme because he is older, has a black hair and eccentric. I can't accept that.

Here is an italian comment of someone that prefers UKE-La parte che ci sono errori grammaticali e/o di battitura, che lo scenario (cioè di quando Light perde la memoria e sono ammanettati assieme) è poco originale, che io preferisco Light seme perchè, si sa, L davvero non credo abbia mai fatto esperienze, e quindi sembra il tutto finto, che ci sono troppe poche riflessioni e sensazioni di Light e L di quando si dichiarano e quando lo fanno, e che la scena 'osè' (come la definisci tu ù.u) è stata fatta raggiungere troppo in fretta e pertanto sembrerà che tu abbia scritto 'sta fan fiction solo per cimentarti e/o esercitarti con le scene di sesso, (...)
A prat grammar mistakes or typos and an unoriginal scenary (when light loses memory and is handcuffed with L), and the fact i prefer Seme Light because, you know L is inexperienced, so everything seems fake, there are too little reflectons and sensation of Light and L when they declare each other and when they make sex, and everithing is happen too fast, so it seems you wrote this fanfiction just for pratice in sex scenes. (...)

Waaii, he/she said a good things.
But unfortunately majority FFn reader in my language are not thinking in that way, I think. 
Of course there are good LightxL fanfic in rated T, but really frustating me, L is NOT a rapist bastard but many people said L is a bastard because of some OOC LxLight fanfic (and in BBxLight with L as the third person too!
