Awesome stuff man! I must say! I am really interested to see some more from you!
I thought I might leave a few links to some artists I love. They are great to follow and really inspiring

This guy is an absolute beast. He paint's absolutely everything! He is really beyond amazing.

This guy is quite possibly my favourite artist at the moment. He's extremely talented and educated in multiple genre's; he quite easily adapts to multiple projects in one sitting. He's explanation of composition and depth of field is incredibly simple. He really helps you clear your head in when your painting and he helps you get the basic's done first.
Imaginism:

This husband and wife duo is what I consider the absolute authority in creature design. Bobby Chui in particular helped create a monster for the latest Men in Black movie.
These are just a few that I think you would be interested in.
I myself have spent more time watching digital painters then doing it myself, it's a really weird transition for the tradition painter/sketcher/artist. I honestly have no clue how Nathan did it; no doubt though, he must of spent plenty of time hard at work, refining his craft.
These holidays, expect a lot of uploads from me. I hope to see plenty from you as well.
