Haha, nah it's all good. He's just a small cog in the machine within the council and the council most certainly are dicks - i should know, i ALSO used to work there!! And couldn't agree more with you on fat old Gerry B, I HATE that guy!! My mum sent me some aerial shots of the CBD the other day, dam city is virtually unrecognisable now, looks like a dusty ghost town from the air.
