Alright...so about a couple months ago I started really getting into Star Wars, and naturally I went to ff.net and saw ruth baulding's stories. Truthfully when I was looking at art on dA I expected a let down. Not ONLY did I find you HERE, but followed you (is that awkward? a bit? I'm terribly sorry) to tumblr. I cannot express, in any form of written word, how excited I was to stumble upon your art. FINALLY, I thought, SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS AND CAN ACTUALLY DO ART TO SOMETHING ELSE I LOVE.
So, I just wanted to say Thank You. For your art. For being in the fandom that you are (and various others, I'm sure, but this one takes more credence in my head), and for being the wonderful artist that you are. A quote comes to mind to me now, and it's incredibly cheesy, but I feel it thusly appropriate.
