How do you take pictures like that?
I just started trying to take interesting pictures.... somehow they are always boring...it seams like their missing something.

... Or maybe I would need a professional camera (?)

Usually, my most interesting pictures are done using the macro button on the camera. (it's good for focusing up-close)
You can also try to take pictures at different angles and positions.
