I see that you are from Argentina. I just finished reading about the Disappeared from the Dirty War in my Latin American Studies class. Your country is very beautiful but filled with so much pain in its history. So many Americans don't know about the hardships Latin America truely endures.

hat´s right, I´m argentinian ^^ I didn´t know that in other countries study our history! but here we take world history and it´s amazing ^^ and it is true what you say, unfortunately, our history is marked by severe pain (shedding of innocent blood) and corruption but gradually we have been trying to change that... is a country with so much wealth and friendly people so we must move forward the road is hard, but it´s time to keep going and but it's time to move on

I am a History major with a minor in English. I have a real passion for Latin America as a whole which arose in me through my wife who is half Mexican. As I began to study Latin America I became outraged with how the Americas were colonized and the indigenous people treated. As I researched further I found that many Latin American countires still struggle with stability and economic hardships that linger from how the countries were colonized in the first place. I feel like Europe and US owe much to Latin America and that the people of Latin America should be recognized in America as the rightful peoples of these lands.
