Well, if you mean the S8 chat room, then yes I am.

I like most of the C&C games. Red Alert 3 could have used a bit more work though. As to Civilization games, yep. Played Civ I, III and IV.

I've been a fan of Gargoyles since it aired. And did manage to attend 10 of the 13 Gatherings. A fellow fan is the one who got me into writing.

Oh! So do I! I love military strategy games overall and the original C&C was my first. Still the very first C&C game is my all time favorite, but I enjoy almost every kind of C&C game up until the third Red Alert. I agree that it needed more development required especially in quality towards gameplay feel. I hope the forth and final Tiberium-base C&C game will stay true to the storyline leaving in the Scrin alien threat along with that of tiberium, and that the game will be available for all platforms and not just for PC.

As for Civilization, I have played almost all of them, too. All the original ones from number one up to three and both Call To Power sequels. I even have Civilization Revolution, too.

Ah, nothing like building and managing both your armies and your empires.

And so have I with Gargoyles, too. Been a fan from the start of the show on TV back in 1994. Never missed an episode! Sadly, though, I never got to go to a Gathering convention. Now I never will, it seems. Nonetheless, I finally got the ideas and skill to finally begin my first attempt at tackling at my first ever fanfiction which is focused on Gargoyles. Part in thanks to inspirational fans and artists like yourself.

For the sandal, it was suggested by somebody else to maybe help Chaos find out what the 'real reason' is behind his change (sorry, not going into that now). Honestly, I don't think of it as real canon any more (yeah, I need to edit it out).

As to the story jumping a bit there; the escape scene kept ending being a nightmare when trying to write it out. The basics are... there was an explosion as Chaos was making another attempt to leave (I'll just leave it as caused by an unknown group). He got toss into the wall and peppered by fragments, but wasn't seen. Managed to start gliding and before too long, the pain from his wings became too much... and more or less crash landed in front of Gadget and Falcon.

As I've mentioned before I think it is some great stories and I'm looking foreward to reading some more...
One thing I'd like to know however is the size of the clan and the names of the members. In some of the ficbits the names of a couple of other gargoyles is mentioned and from what I've read the clan seems to be bigger than the "original" Manhatten clan...
