This wasn't really her neighbor per say, they both lived on the same street though.
they'd probably be going to school together too, however she didn't know for sure,

"Um..." To say he was surprised was an understatement. He wasn't used to new neighbors, and he wasn't good at first impressions, so he had no clue what he should do at the moment. "I-- I'm Eri Tiu. Welcome to the, uh-- neighborhood. A-And, nice to... meet you?" That sounded more like a question than a statement, but he couldn't help it! He was extremely nervous since apathetic people really intimidated him.

So much for a good first impression. She hoped she wasn't scaring the boy,
She'd never been the most social person growing up, so she often had trouble

progress, now she just had to make it through school.....
