Frankie is the child of the current America representations, Alfred and Allen. He'll be taking over the job of representing America when he grows up but, for now, he's a kid who loves listening to music and playing games on his DS. He hates wearing his glasses as they're recently added. When put to bed, he has to be put on his stomach or else he rolls right off whatever he's sleeping on. He's pretty easy to please. As long as he has food, games, and music, he's usually behaved. He looooves his uncles, Mattie and Matt (especially Matt who calls him "Frankenstein"), as well as his cousin, Logan / mattiematt (who he calls "M&M"). He inherited Allen's singing voice, much to Alfred's despair and Allen's delight. His real name is Frankie (full name: Alfred Thomas Franklin Jones).
