I read your Of God recently, (it was in the just posted 14 seconds ago section I believe.) Interesting take on a conversation. I saw the question in the end, the one about it all being an illusion, and in my own contemplations have thought of an answer you might be interested in. If I am wrong then all that will await me after I die is nothing. If you are wrong however, then what do you think will await you? (Please excuse that for sounding condemning, that wasn't the message I was trying to get across.) I'd be interested in what you would think of some of the writings in my journal, if you have the time to look at them if you'd like.

ultimately the poem is about the world around us and those that just cling to blind faith, which maybe that's what faith is. it was thought provoking when i wrote it 3 years ago. poetry is reflective for me, sometimes emotional

I think sometimes my poetry is reflective for me as well. I appreciate the quick R&R, I'm interested on what you think of what remains... Personally I would say that true faith, means that you must not cling to it blindly, you must always question. I think I may write something on that now.

look the greatest honor an artist can receive is to have someone think about what they have written, what they have painted, so you honor me just by reading it and thinking about it. so here is another
The Wonder of God
Through darkest of night, there is a sunlight
A smell of rain on the air, cleansing pure

The squirrel leaping free from branch to branch
Feel of life in the heat of the desert
Sky so pristine blue, you see forever
