You are really stunning, and I wish I were as brave as you. I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with next and showing us how courageous you are.
I wish I were a better photographer as I find your locations brave and feisty, and I would love to be able to capture the spirit you bring to the photos.

It can certainly be anxiety-producing, but at the same it's an adrenaline rush to step outside of your comfort zone.
Your page is awfully empty, what do you create?

You must be braver than me, since I am sure I couldn't pose nude in such public places. I'm sure there would be a form of "stage fright" going on, which would just make the photos look silly. You are right though, as I'm sure there is a rush or thrill to it. Though I think just being nude in front of someone else who is dressed would be a rush, let alone being in a place where anyone could see you.
As for me, I would love to pose sometime, though I never really have. My friends all call me a poser whenever someone pulls out a camera I turn on my smile. I have done some great work (according to me) photographing some scenery shots. I think portraits would be far more difficult, as people change faster than scenery, so you need to react quickly to get the right shot. I have always had a good eye for photography and I am able to frame a shot so it makes you think there is a whole story behind the shot.
I have just signed up, so I will need to update my profile. I was just checking things out at first to see what the website was all about. It seems like a great community of photographers as well as some very beautiful models, such as you.
Do you take photographs as well, or have you always enjoyed being the muse?

I absolutely love the art of photography and take photos as well, but not professionally. Being in front of the camera has only been a very recent hobby but I'm hooked...

What camera do you use when you are behind the camera? Have you taken any classes? What do you enjoy shooting when you are taking photos?
Can you describe the feelings you have when you are in front of the camera? Are they different when you are clothed and uncovered? Do you have different feelings again when you are out where strangers could happen to see you uncovered?
I'm looking for a photo class for this Fall, as I want to learn the art of taking not only beautiful scenery shots, but also how to capture the spirit of a model and to frame shots perfectly to so they tell wonderful stories.
Do you plan on modelling professionally, or is this something you do for fun? Do you have friends who model/take photos as well? I would love to see if I am as brave as you someday (though I doubt I could be), and this may be my own preference, but men don't look as good as women do with or without clothing.
I will probably never become a professional photographer (or model ha!) but if I had to choose a job that was not what I do now, I would take photos (not of weddings or at Wal-Mart, but photos for magazines or photos people would want to purchase).

I actually just use a Canon point n' shoot! And I've just ordered the Canon Powershot S90, which is a high end p&s but has manual settings on it. I used to own a couple of Nikons before the digital age.
Of course the stakes are much higher when modeling in the nude versus clothed. It's inherently much more vulnerable, which gives rise to a bit of anxiety but also adrenaline rushing and much more thrilling. Plus the dynamics with the photographer change when the model is nude.
Modeling is a serious hobby and obsession right now. I don't have any long-term goals for it; just going for the ride and seeing where it takes me.

I just recently bought a Nikon Coolpix, since my D80 is a bit big to tote around all the time, and it would be that one time I forgot my camera that I would see something that I want to photograph.
How do the dynamics change? Do you feel like it is less of a fun time and a bit more serious, or is it something else? Do you work with the same photographer, and if so, do you still bring a friend along for support? I've never taken or had my photo taken nude, so I am not sure if the feeling of vulnerability ever leaves. Probably a bit different for women than men, but in essence it is the same situation, showing your whole body while the other person is fully dressed. There needs to be a high degree of trust either way.
When you are modeling, does the photographer set the stage and then let you do your thing, or do you make suggestions on what you want to see and get teh photographer to capture your vision?
I will keep checking whenever you post some new photos. I really enjoy the energy and spirit of your photos.

It is essential that there is complete trust between the photographer and model so the model feels safe and free to let go and be creative. Although the professionalism needs to be there the whole time, this is also a situation involving a man and a woman in an intimate situation. So that adds another interesting layer of dynamics and chemistry.
Every shoot is different - some photographers prefer to be free-flowing and go with the moment, while some have very set images in mind that I try to execute.

I can see your point. It would be too difficult to "let go" if you were not 100% comfortable with the person you are with. I guess that is why some people prefer to have a friend come along (though that could be a bit awkward as well).
Which do you prefer, to be free-flowing or trying to execute the photographer's vision? Which has been more common in your experience?
I read your comment on your photo on the shipping dock, about strangers walking by. Were there some people who were difficult to deal with? Is that the first time you have encountered people "catching" you while exposed outside? I guess it could be OK if the people were appreciative, but not overboard to the point that you feared for your safety. Did anyone pull out a cell phone to take your photo? I'm sure that happens more and more often now that everyone has a cell.
I did comment on the photo, and I apologised, as I would probably stop and stare if I saw a beautiful woman like yourself with your fully feminine self on display. I hope that does not stop you from taking the risk of these types of photos, as your previous photos are fabulous and your are a spectacular model.
It would be interesting to see photos of you posing with some landmarks that only local Vancouverites would know of. Perhaps that would be far too risky, as you do not want to get arrested, though I believe it is legal for women to be bare chested in public in Canada.
Keep having fun with your modeling. I hope to "catch" you modeling some day.
