A person who steals another person's property, especially by stealth And finally the most important thing about you. You are a world-class thief. The self proclaimed best thief in all of Italy. Not a greedy thief who steals for his own pleasure. Oh, no, no, no. You take from from the rich and give your spoils to those less fortunate. You are truly a kind young man who thinks he does a boon to society. And, perhaps you do, in your strange (and illegal) way. Scipio is heavily based off the character Scipio Fortunato from the novel The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke. He shares many qualities and traits with this character but with several minor changes as the admin has seen fit. Keep in mind that they are two seperate entities and should be treated as such.

You are Scipio [pronounced Skip-ee-oh] Vargas, representative of the city Venice, Italy; one of the lesser known Italy brothers. You bear a close resemblence to your brother Feliciano, and as a result, get mistaken for him quite often. However, people who come know you soon learn to differentiate you easily from your brother, due to your unique personality and tell-tale features that set you apart from him.
You are known as "the water city", and for a good reason. There are no roads in your city- Only water canals! Everyone in your city gets around in boats called "gondolas". It's the only way to travel, in your opinion! Because your home revolves on water, you feel as if you have a strong connection to the element. Watching it soothes you and makes you happy. You've even discovered you can manipulate it in small ways, much to the delight of the orphans you care for. Actually, you have several small magical powers, don't you? Venice is told to be a magical city...and it shows through you.
Appearance
Scipio has short, auburn hair similar to Italy's, whose curl sticks from nearer to his neck. He has shiny, amber eyes that always seem to be laughing at some great inside joke. Unlike his brother, they are nearly never closed except for normal times. His outfit usually consists of a striped shirt with a black cape, a cloak, or long black or blue coat. He wears a pair of classy black boots with pants stuffed into them. The thief owns several carnival masks to obscure his face, but favors a rather plain black one with a long, bird-like nose.
