# About me

I am an artist who enjoys working in a variety of mediums, especially embroidery and creating dolls and soft sculptures. I have had a lifelong fascination with carousels and have traveled extensively through the years, usually with the National carousel Association, to see as many as possible.

My husband Dave and I have been happily married since July of 2002 and I am a full-time student who still manages to crank out and sell as many of my creations as possible in my spare time.

I have Asperger's Syndrome and the creative dream of somehow creating an "Autism Awareness" carousel with art and animals designed and created by people who are on the autism spectrum. My vision includes it as the centrepiece of a cultural centre which includes a toy museum, gift shop and Victorian Tea Room!
