I am done with the Agatha Christie episode. The Doctor's Daughter and Planet of the Ood were both amazing.

Oh, I loved both of those episodes! Although the Agatha Christie episode was super cheesy. The Doctor did have a good freakout in there though so I can forgive its crappy plotline.

I don't remember to be honest. I think she pops up once more, but I'm not terrible certain...

Yup yup! They met on set and everything! That's just so weird. Also, Tennant has said that Davison was his favorite Doctor (before getting engaged and all) so it's like he gets the best father-in-law ever. And someday he can show his daughter that one special where they're together on the TARDIS and be like, "Look sweetie! It's Daddy and Grandpa acting together!"
...And some day she'll be a companion.

(By the way, you're going to have to work really hard to find Tennant facts I don't know because for about two months I was completely obsessed with him. XD)
