Well, I suppose 2 days doesn't seem so bad. But I dunno if they do a "Strike" system before they perma-ban. I suppose we really should just take more caution. It's reasons like that on why it's hard for me to hint my "other" locations without getting admin'd.


Hope ya like what I've got in my gallery. Still figuring out what I should draw next, aside the Mahi-Mahi Resort drawing I'm working on Art Academy. (Not liking the shading of it since it seems too "grey"/doesn't blend too well. I'm not too good with torso-shading. X3)
I still need anatomy practice. And I should probably try drawing something other than my Inksona next time. I realize it's all I've been doing lately. XD (I used to draw a lot more Mario stuff back then)

If you wanna see a sneak peek and maybe could help me (like point out how the shading works?), I can PM on Miiverse... which you'll have to check out when you're unbanned. lol

Well I've kinda assumed it was a "strike" system of sorts due to seeing various other posts and users that have changed their names to "two day ban", "week ban" and "two week ban". Oh, and "Perma'd". xP But now that I've actually found you I don't think we'll need to do any hinting of sorts anymore. Haha!

Hn? That seems interesting! Yeah, colouring isn't my strong point either. ^u^; I usually stick to lineart. ~ Though I should start to colour more. AA is tough to use. The blending tool gets on my nerves sometimes because it doesn't actually blend well. Well, it never works well for me anyway.
Hm. Yeah. But I'm pretty addicted to Splatoon right now, so it's basically all I draw. xD It probably will be all I draw for the next long while...

Boy, my replies sure are getting lengthy. Sorry for the wall of text. Hooo... Here goes~

I had a fear that it would be like "3 notifications... banned!" Apparently not. Maybe they have a different 'counter.' First time I've received multiple notifications from them. They're so strict. XD (For "good" reason, I guess. Because of the kiddies. bleh)

You shall be on Miiverse, and Miiverse only! It'd be nice if I could share my dA on there properly. So little activity! I'm cautious with what I wanna post though, just to avoid 'haters.' If you noticed in my gallery, I've got some anthro art or pony stuff. And there are definitely those annoying "furry/pony" haters who can't just ignore the content. I hardly argue back. I don't see the point. But I've lately always been into Mario stuff, and now Splatoon and fluffy clothes-optional humanoid animals. I certainly need more practice and variety~

, or now  , does have... well, not for the comments, but for the drawings. It's called  "Favoriting."
And I guess the system's like YouTube, where instead of "Like, Comment, Subscribe," it's more "Fave, Comment, Follow." I never ask for follows though and I just pretty much watch the counter go up when I post my random art with descriptions. Despite being here for years now, I'm way more unpopular here than what I got at MV. Surprised that I also haven't been like one of those "MVP" Miiverse Artists. But I guess I'm okay, since it'd probably distract me. Hooray for college education!

It'd be cool if we could "upvote" comments. I usually don't do that anyway, I like "Yeahing" drawings. But that's just me
And you can comment on the drawings too! And journals. (I seem to hardly do that anywhere. I'm such a bad follower! )

I do get kinda envious to certain Miiverse Users, whose art don't even use pixel-shading and people love it anyway. I'm like "Wha~, how?!" I'm no expert on popularity. I still try to keep myself from making more art, without worrying about strangers following. (My problem on MV is probably my lack of friends there. And I don't accept randoms, or do randoms myself. Forever alone. XD)


And of course I have! There was that one where I had you and Otaku for Team Nutty, and when I congratulated your new follower count.
Hehe, thanks for the compliment. X3 Yours certainly is interesting for going with the same "6 tentacled-hair", but them being a lot longer and having the suction cups, compared to the standard. (I usually expect nothing in return. I just really like drawing my friends' characters. But it'll be nice to get something back. Eager to see how I'd look like in your style. Though I'd rather have you do the stuff requested to you first. xD)


At some time, I could probably make a reference sheet of my Inksona. Explaining how my hair works. (Something I'm going off on right now is that my Inkling wears a headband with a stick to hold on to the "tied" tentacle, while the other one is loose. Or similar and attaches to the Designer Headphones. 'Cause it didn't make sense how I was doing it back then. xD)

Also, finally, I seem to only have a bunch of "personas." I need more "OCs." The only OC I seem to only have is Blaze Drifter. I could Inkling-fy here. I already did humanize her. But I need other original characters.

Yep, I've noticed. And I won't judge. I may not be into that stuff, but I really don't care what other people think, nor is any of your stuff... weird... so there's that. I feel like most of the haters is because there are furries and pony lovers that post, uh, THAT kind of stuff, if you catch my drift. It's all good though.
Hardly argue back, bruh you should at least defend yourself a bit! xD

I think the reason MV is so much easier to get recognition on is because first, it's a much smaller community, and there are also less artists. We also all love videogames and Nintendo, so that helps. xD
True, you've been on MV for awhile too eh? I've always thought of you as a popular MV artist though. uvu Others just post way more often, and that's probably a factor in the "popularity" thing.

I know exactly how you feel. But the anime/manga style seems to be SUPER popular on MV, so I'm guessing just line art of that style gets tons of yeahs. Hm. I suppose lack of friends could factor in but I kinda regret begging for friends when I first started. Though a good handful of close MV friends has come out of it. (You included. ;D)

Or someone reported us and they noticed. I have no idea though how those "badmins" work.

And yeah, it's okay if you're not too into them, or into them at all. For the pony stuff, I've probably phased out even more. I actually have taken requests I haven't even finished yet! XD
Anthro stuff is definitely really interesting though. C'mon. They're animals! Possibly talking humanoid animals! Why is that so hated?! XD


I definitely find it great practice for anatomy (even though their leg style can differ, and the added animal parts like paws or tails and obvious animal heads. And also that the fact that they're completely clothes-optional! I really just need to get used to drawing humanoids without it seeming weird. lol (It could work for... genderless characters? I prefer determining a gender though, even if they're completely 'clean' lookin' when all-natural. : > )

Darn that side of every 'fandom.' Even though we might draw something that may seem "suggestive," I will never add the "forbidden territorial" areas. XD

And I've been on Miiverse since they released it for 3DS. I'mma vet-Miiverse user. The communities seemed much better back then. The new update is fine though. Even though so many people left because of it. Personally, I'm staying 'til the end. (Good luck with College!)

XD (Most of my followers seem to be bad drawers though, lol not including you obviously) I've made a fair share of fan art myself back in the day for Miiverse. Though I'd usually unconditionally draw for my friends. Or if their character is just plain awesome.

It'd be cool to actually learn a lot more from your other friends. A friend of yours is a friend of mine. Or whatever that saying's supposed to be about. (The group grows!)

My problem's probably me having to make a backstory for them. Haha! Oh, and I just remembered, I have my Koopaling Controls as well. He still has no color scheme, and stuck in the colorless world of Miiverse. :v

Wow. That's a looong time. I did do some posts back in 2013 for like, NSMB or something, but I deleted them all save for a half decent one. :^] Three years ago already... damn. I was 14. xD Y'know, I never actually used the Activity Feed, but it seems so useful. Now people are randomly taking over communities and posting random trash in 'em. I don't mind the update, but I think they should bring the Activity Feed back. I'll probably stay until MV dies too. xD (Why thank you! Gotta finish HS first though. I usually only draw others' characters if they ask, if we talk about it (like us) or if they made something for me, or with me in it (like a big post with friends of something. It's happened twice already. ). And yeah, if I draw something for someone, I don't expect anything in return. It's fun to draw others' characters sometimes too. So I get enjoyment out of that. uvu

Oh man. Same. My MV friend Mann is amazing with character development (as in the whole story, their worlds, personalities, the whole shebang). I'm pretty terrible with that. I can only come up with a look. Most of the time. Depending. xD
