It's less a matter of being a man and more of a mindset... at least for me. My advice here would be to prioratize. If you focus on one thing you want to help instead of everything it should help focus your anxiety...

oh kat will have grey fur, light-ish grey with white back paws, and her tummy and her neck, and muzzle except muzzle/nose bridge and under of her tail, will be white, also above her both eyes there are round spots that are white, her ears are also white, and theres is black stripe in her tail between the grey and white 8D i dunno if i am gonna add more black xD oh and she has brown eyes xD
