1. As of now, I'm not updating the skin.
2. Go to FlashMenu Settings - right click on flashbar(flash menu taskbar) > open flash settings. Or Open flash menu > settings > flash menu settings. At settings, go to directory > browse All Apps > and browse for your folder(make sure it's not empty !)
