Is there something wrong with you? I can't use celebrities or anyone remotely famous. I have to take my own references. There are exceptions, like if someone will let me use their picture (e.g., a fellow deviant and I are a portrait swap...).

I'm sorry, I'm just extremely irritable right now. Forgive me.
The person I asked out yesterday hasn't given me his number or address. So I was thinking of just telling him I'll ask someone else who wants to go, since you know, he apparently doesn't. Meh, this is exactly why I don't like guys sometimes. They complain girls usually back out of plans, but they do it just as much. Damn hypocrites.

I finished the portrait of her and even did another. I should scan them in sometime during the break so you can see. I just don't want to go through the trouble of working (at least trying) the scanner. She's been swamped and hasn't had time to do a portrait of me. We're both trying to build a portfolio this year.

Umm, I just wrote him a message saying if he still wanted to go, to give me his address and number. If not, that's too bad. I almost asked someone else, I know he would have been stoked. xD I just get that vibe from him, haha. If it gets worse, then I could just ask someone from my family, that's what the assignment said, "Parents, siblings, or a friend (someone of the opposite sex, preferably)."

The portfolio is for college. I'm also taking AP Studio Art. To get college credit, you need to finish 24 quality pieces, 12 being around some sort of concentration/theme. If I do finish, which isn't looking likely right now, I would send it somewhere and it would be graded and I'd see if I earned credit. But if not, most colleges if you're interested in art, want you to have a portfolio so they can see it. All right, thanks. If I need help, I'll ask you. I was thinking of just using some pictures my sister took when she went to Europe (she's been twice).
