Well after all the crap that happened with the depression which still ligers here and there but not as bad anymore, the economy was starting to get worse so I had to step it up with getting back to work but then( not sure you remember) that incident with the golden lab that was hit by a car on my street and then the argument that happened he and his friend started a fight I finished then his other friend pulled over I finnished that then few days later the train station incident where the guy pulled a knife and broke his arm then going to court just to see if I was going away for that it turned out fine in the end but then a month after I found work again so it went well I decided to drop self employment because I was working more ours and I was down south coast to help my mum but then again the stupid economy downsized the company and finnaly out of business only when I went back to my own business the economy screwed that up for me by making everything to costly just to even buy supplies.
and now things are worse in my area fights break out more often even though it's a bad area to begin with its a little worse now, so I'm stuck thinking what move to make now.

i was in remand and shipped around prisons for awhile.
some guys tried to jump me at a train station,but because i beat them badly for it i was counter charged and wellβ¦yeah,so that happened.

my head space isn't so great,I'm ok but its just taking used to being back in the open again.
i got a little twitchy when some one dropped a glass cup in the local gloria jean cafe earlier on but when i got home few hours ago i felt better.
il feel better tonight with out needing sleep lightly in my own bed and with someone wanting to start a fight every 10 minutes.
Β but all in all i feel ok now.
i ate so much when i got home,all they feed you is cucumber slices with one slice cheese and bread and i had to do chores to pay for itβ¦most of the time i slept on a concrete slap with a sheet and a bad pillow,i was place in a heritage jail meaning there was still fucking bars for a window and no glass or mesh so when it rained i slept on the floor. there were still chains and shackles in my cell, thats messed up.
but I'm home and I'm here now.
