haha, well i get annoyed by changing pencils every two seconds so i pick one and use paper stub on a spare piece of paper to get the right tone and darkness, then i just draw with it. hell of a lot simpler, and its good for creating contrast.

I try to throw in a mix of traditional and digital, but I feel like abilities in traditional are far more important to grasp than doing virtual painting.
I mean, have you seen how those 'amazing artists' paint things like hair? You'd think they'd painstakingly stroke each individual hair, but apparently, from the tutorials i have looked over, it's just a special 'brush' in photoshop which just automatically makes it look like strands of hair...CHEATS! Leonardo Da Vinci would be facepalming in his grave! Uh, anyway I hope I don't disappoint! I plan to punch out a few more drawings by the weekend. THanks for dropping by and for the watch!

thanks for the comment... your work is amazing i dont know how to explain my self here but your approach to figures is a blend of realism and expressionism and to that mix of style is more appealing than either of the one alone

Its good to hear that kind of feedback.
At times I did try and fight any sort of free expression and just do disciplined realism, but I think there's style and then what's just ingrained and part of you as an artist that you can't change or suppress.
