Hi! your gallery is amazing!! im training to be a chef and eventually pastry chef and have started doing competitions, and i have a couple of questions for you since it seems like you know your stuff!
do you do competitions full time or do you have a job and just do them on the side? if you do them full time do you think you could explain a bit to me how you got into doing them full time and a bit about them, like if they're in teams or individual and what kinda things you have to do for them? also what type of training have you done in terms of cooking/pastry? thanks for your help! its really something id love to do more professionally

Yuo were saying about taking photos. Most of my older work was photographed by an old camera, so my pics are poor. But at a competition recently a professional cake photographer said if you cover the flash with a piece of tissue, you will get fine detail on your photos(especially white/pale cakes ). Hope this helps.
