# About me
Bio:Christine would spend some of her childhood days drawing on her walls, on her body, on her dolls then onto paper and canvas where her mother guided her to draw realistically. Art was therapeutic and an escape for her. She pursued the arts as she grew older, gaining a solid foundation and completing her degree in Graphic Design in 2002. She went on to work for the movie and apparel industries. She also loves to help small businesses take off!
She first started drawing this style as a young teen and has never stopped. She usually starts by clearing her mind completely and letting her subconscious take over. Line after line it slowly builds into something intriguing. She feeds off this calm energy and slowly slips back into consciousness as it progresses. As contradicting this may sound, she has always been interested in nature and science fiction. Her favorite tools are the almighty black ink pen and the lead pencil. Some have said her art looks mechanical, alien, tribal, goth, organic, a little surreal and abstract. She has shown and sold her art at numerous galleries in Los Angeles, CA and has participated in DAMNED I, II, III and IV in Detroit, Michigan with headlining artists such as H.R. Giger and Marilyn Manson.
