ooh, that's a good question. i'd say it all depends on how much of the base is covered up by the garment. if the length is floor length or otherwise reaching past the knee or has multiple parts (this one has separate underwear underneath) to it then i'd consider that an outfit. but if the dress length is knee length or shorter and has no extra parts to it (i.e, underwear, socks, gloves. elements of the dress design like bows and petticoats do not count) then i'd consider it a single part.

it’s all good, if anything’s unclear you’re more than free to ask about it. i tend to ask for half of the full price at the start and the other half at the end of the commission, so you’ll have to go to the widget twice. unfortunately i can’t take any commissions at the moment, but if you’d like i can put you on a waitlist for january?

The PMXE TOS topic came up in a conversation in a Discord server and somebody said something about PMX format licenses.
I tried to find information on whether the PMX format can be used in other software or commercially and I found NorthPole-P's PMX specification on GitHub.

In all these years I've been apart of the MMDC you are the first person I have met to make historical fashion from scratch.
I know I'm basically retired and burned out from MMD, but seeing your work made me want to make things again.
I hope to see more of your work in the future, and I am very glad that I am no longer the only one in the community to have made (although not completely from scratch, besides some minor details) historical outfits.
