Cirno Sniper is a TF2xTouhou crossover freak made by flandre495 .
Appareance and Behavior
Cirno Sniper appears as a simple BLU Sniper with Cirno's hair, hair bow and crystal wings. He's also armed with several melee weapons and has control over ice.
Christian's favourite hobby is to find helpless victims to dismember. He appears out of thin air hanging from the ceiling or the sky. After being affected by gravity, he lands on a random person and starts dismembering him/her with any melee weapon, usually pulled out of nowhere, just like the Christian Brutal Sniper.
But she only does this as she thinks it's fun. She isn't too bright.
While splattering blood everywhere and cutting the limbs off the victim, an eye-witness keeps staring in fear and confusion. Then Cirno notices this, and goes for the kill of said person, even if she makes them think they have no need to worry.
Cirno likes being annoying in general, and she likes to pick fights with other TF2 freaks when she's in the mood for one, and she will do anything possible to prove her opponent that she's THE STRONGEST and the opponent's the bloody idiot!
Biography
Cirno Sniper was once a BLU Sniper working at 2fort, until Christian Brutal Sniper came over and strutted his stuff the one day when Cirno came over to visit, killing everyone in sight.
Seeing this, Cirno was seriously maddened by this. Upon spotting CBS, Cirno and Cirno ran for their lives. They were eventually cornered by CBS, until.....
Cirno Sniper was created!
Having newfound powers of ice manipulation from her new host, he unknowingly impaled CBS on an icicle, killing him instantly.
Along with the help of a RED team Touhou TF2 hybrid who felt sorry for Cirno, Flandre Sniper, he eventually gained full control of his icy powers.
Personality
Cirno Sniper is a generally seen as a bubbly and unworried individual, even when butchering helpless victims. She apparently enjoys too much dismembering his victims and splashing high amounts of blood everywhere, even when his face is covered by it. He doesn't mind having tons of dead corpses around him, and apparently actually likes it. Just like I said earlier, he is as dumb as a stump.
Cirno seems to have an undying love for close-combat weapons, especially swords, blades, machetes, axes and knives, her preferable melee weapons to butcher victims, and apparently he owns an endless supply of them(but can't bother to take 'em out herself). He also enjoys creating new weapons from remains of these.
However, she gets very angry when he sees someone else(CBS 100% of the time) butcher something up. Because of this, she loves bullying CBS, freezing him, driving icicles through his body, shoving him into the fridge, or just plain chopping him up CBS-style.
CBS gets his ass kicked by a fairy so many times that I actually feel sorry for him...
Flandre Sniper
A RED Touhou TF2 hybrid that follows Cirno around, generally depicted holding a video camera.
She's a techy and good at it, and can repair broken dispensers and other things. She's also the angel guard of Cirno, standing up for him when needed for him to do so.
Unlike Cirno, he can't respawn after death, so he needs Cirno's help to revive him after he's been killed.
She can also blow things up, just like Flandre.
Cirno appears to be oblivious to Flandre who follows him anywhere, except when she needs his help (if given the rare case she does), where he acts as a superior, shouting orders at him 9ly.
Abilities
■Cirno Sniper's main ability is his fearsome strength. She is able to wield one-handed greatswords and axes like small knives and dismember people in just one swing. He knows most of the secrets of melee combat and is able to preform any technique with swords in order to dismember the most victims possible.
■Ice powers. Self-explanitory.
■He has the ability to appear out of thin air, hanging from the ceiling or the skies. Should someone break his fall, he'll break them apart, even larger people such as a Heavy.
■Respawn after death. Just like any other fairy...
Faults and Weaknesses
She is often too focused on dealing the maximum damage possible rather than focusing on any sort of defensive tricks, thus, his defense isn't as high as other high-rank Freaks.
Like I said, she is as dumb as a stump.
He's mostly vulnerable to surprise attacks, and should anyone be strong enough to survive one of his ice attacks, a counterattack can be deadly against Cirno.

Honestly, I think Reisen II would be a better fit as the sniper. She has the rifle and all.
Cirno would probably be the spy and use the spycicle. Maybe go full Dr. Enforcicle because easy modo.
