Awesome gallery... but I have a tip for you. I noticed that most of your photos are shot at extremely small apertures (I saw one F16 and one F20...), although you don't really need the extreme DOF most of the time.
Actually the sweet spot of 99% of lenses when used on a dSLR such as the 20D is either F8 or F11, using that you'll get sharper pics with less diffraction.
Probably the only shot where you actually needed such a small aperture was in "aye"... this doesn't apply to your medium format shots though.

i usually shoot at f/11-f/16, 1-2 stops from the minimum aperature which yields the same sharpness as f/8 but with added DoF on my digital back. There are more variables in determining sharpness with digital such as the built in infra red filter and small sensor size.
When this is the case the gains from shooting at f/8 over f/16 are negligable, DoF becomes a priority at this point because i can always sharpen in post, but i cant get my DoF back.

But what I'm saying is... a lot of those shots didn't even need such a broad DOF.

When I set up for a shoot i find a good exposure and stick with it, that exposure usually being f/16, it serves as a happy medium. If im shooting wide or close up i can assure myself i'll have appropriate DoF and sharpness in all of the important areas. You cant think of a single shot, you have to take the whole shoot into consideration.
