what i want to know is how you start and how you draw with the charcoal ( or how ever you call it ) I am very new to art and only draw for like a year. I am willing to watch your turotials and maybe you can make a video just of how you draw that would help a lot

Disclaimer - I'm by no means an expert either, but here goes!
It's 'pastel' that I drew the horse with, specifically pastel pencils (Gioconda, pretty cheap on Ebay).
The trick is to thinly layer them so that a lot of the paper shows through, do not immediately cover all the paper. You can kinda mix the pastel colors with each other by drawing a layer on top of a previous layer.
I'm on YouTube with a few drawing/painting video's as 'highwaykind' - pretty sure I've uplaoded at least 1 pastel video (but there are tons of pastel videos from other people too).
Try to get lightness/darkness of something right first. (it helps to convert your reference image to black and white in Photoshop, practice in black and white with only a black and white pastel pencil/crayon, or any darkish color and white.
Use the white to lighten the dark, reserve pure white for only the highlights in the eyes or a very very bright highlight on the head/face..
Then start the same drawing over, but decide which colors you want to use. If you want something brown - use dark brown where in the black/white drawing it was darkest, and light brown where it was lightest, and then you can mix in a little dark purple or dark red to the dark brown so it's not as 'flat', and add a little light blue or light pink or white on top of the light brown. "mix" the colors on the paper by layering them, until darkness/lightness is correct and you have the colors you want. It's best to stick to 2 or 3 different colors in a layer - it gets too muddy if you mix more than 3. (I'm counting white as a color there too).
If you mess up, you can get a kneeded eraser to remove some of the pastel (at some point you've filled up the paper so much that you can't layer anymore, if the shade/color isn't right when you reach that point just remove some 'dust' and start to fix it).
