i don't know... it may take a while before i'm able to make it all the way to toronto. my next vacation is promised to seattle. although, my friend and i are planning a road trip to see most of the states next summer. we might be able to make a stop in canada. we'll see.

hey, I'm really sorry I missed the show, had something I sort of couldn't get out of. Got your message but it was kind of too late by then. I was gonna try and come by around 11 to see if you were still there but I got queen street west and queen street east mixed up and I didn't realize it till after I got back home lol. but i'll be at the next show for sure.
Got a couple guys coming over tomorrow, or, well, I guess it's today now, a guitarist and a bassist, they do jazz/funk type stuff. It could be very cool. Rock is just too easy hahaha.

No prob, it's unfortunate that you missed it. I've been told that it was the best MIT City show ever (I still have my doubts because I know I made a number of mistakes). We actually got people dancing during the encor to Nice Guy, it was a lot of fun. Well just for refrence the next show is August 7th I believe. Well it's on a Saturday so check your calander and if the 7th isn't a Sat then it's the closest one to it. . But you should really try to come to the next show because we're revamping the whole MITcentives program. Since you have about 6 or 7 points you're actually a step above everyone else and qualify for a special show in September (no definant date as of yet) where we will play four completely new songs and have you pick one that we will play at the real show later that day. that's cool, seems like it's going well, but I still say you guys need a drummer I'll definitely be at the next show though.
Jammed with those jazz/funk guys, ohhhh it was sooo cool, played for 3 hours. So much harder than rock I'm actually going to have to start practising more often. Gotta be able to deal with different time signatures and have better independence.

We have plenty of drummers-you should know that better than anyone here. We have about 30 drummers, atleast, at every show so we don't need your kit just you and your hands. I mean you should have seen what we did that the last show: we taped "hit me" signs to every table to people would be prompted to hit the table. Man people were so into us last Saturday. Mike actually got them dancing during Nice Guy and Purple.

Oh and one more thing. I replaced that garbage bass I bought with LT and HCP; I bought a fretless professional length bass. It's silver and sparkly and the best part is that even though it's fretless it comes with all the markers drawn onto the neck so it's unbelievably easy to play. See you on the 7th.

i have to say that most of the equipment is owned by my father.
Its really nice to use film - when you wait for the photos and when you see them in your own hands it just feels better than viewing them on your screen... (IMHO)
