HAPPY DA BIRTHDAY! How've you been, by the way? It's been ages since we've talked. I myself am doing well; I got my BA, I got my first job and I got StarCraft II. Three for three. How about you? Please let me know and catch you later.

haha thanks. I didn't even know it was. I've been good. I know! Have you posted anything lately? That's awesome. What do you do? Oh well I'm still working on an art degree. Very stressful, haha. I got married over the summer. So that was excited. Um, other than that nothing to big.
It's great to hear from you!

Well, there's a bit of a story behind that. I've been hung up on my latest fanfic "Fire Emblem Path of Radiance: Love Sonata" for some time now and the added hassle of being roped into helping my folks at the Mathnasium Learning Center (my worst subject, whoopee) and finding a second job has had it hard to focus. In my defense, I have been writing a lot collaberatively with several other fanfic authors. Two of them are fan sequels based on Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, another is a fan sequel following the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time/ Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask duology and another is a Fire Emblem Path of Radiance/Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess crossover. If those interest you, or if my fanfics interest you, I can provide the links. As for my job, I'm a consultant grader for Eureka Review. My job is to, in a timely and accurate fashion, grade and critque practice SAT level essays and send in a formal write up on the essay's strengths, weaknesses and likely ways to improve upon it. Most of the essays I read are terrible, and I'm having to say 'this is crap' in impossibly professional terms quite often, but, then again, that's probably why I have the job in the first place. I got the job in March and, since then, have graded 150 odd essays. And, wow, you got married? Coolness! Who's the lucky man? And, for that matter, where did the ceremony take place? Please let me know and congrats.

Ooooh ok. I can understand that too. Haha. I kind of gave up on writing personally. I dunno, maybe I'll start again, but not for a while. That's cool though; I was never too good at working with other people. Haha, that sounds terrible. Anyhoo, that sounds intense. Haha, however did you get into that? What did you major in in school?
Let's see, well my husband and I met in my ceramics class last year. So that's kind of funny. However he's a finance and accounting grad student currently. Talk about polar opposites. But it works out great really. Because neither one of us knows anything about the other's work so it's been interesting. Since we're both still poor students though we haven't had our ceremony. We just went to the court house about a month ago now. It was still really fun. We had a small gathering too, but the real ceremony will take place this spring after we've saved a bit more.
It's been a wild ride this last year for sure.

I majored in Literature and Writing Studies; I still want to be an author but the times are rough. Still, I'm keeping at it as best I can via my co-writing. Saying which, feel free to ask for the links if you want something to read. I found the job through a team effort between me and my therapist and, actually, it's not intense at all. In fact, I very much want the volume of work to go up. The essays only take 20 to 30 minutes a piece so the job isn't particularly demanding. Anyhow, it sounds like things are going well on your end. Hectic, but still well. I hope the full blown ceremony isn't far off and catch you later.

Oh yeah I totally understand how that is. It's too bad I couldn't just be a nursing major like my mom wanted. Haha. Oh well that's good at least. Keep up the good work though!
