OMG YEAH
if its after the main events of the story she'd only be in the shop part of the time, so she'd need extra help anyway
that would actually work out really well with the stuff Syb does when she goes back to East City, with Stella being a chimera and all because for some reason she likes to hire random people off the streets / people who can't get jobs other places

AYAYAYAYAYAYAY YEAH Stella works at a flower shop around the end of the series and it's her main job after the promised day and stuff (when she gets her original body back) she does have a huge interest in flowers and she collects them and compresses them in books and reserves them and she always carries the books around when she's out in case she finds a new type of flower
